I reserve the right to turn down commissions I deem unfit for my skill level or inappropriate/offensive.

The commissioner is not allowed to trace/edit/repost/render/sell the artwork in any way not discussed beforehand.

The commissioner CANNOT remove watermarks/signatures and cannot leave out credit.

No refunds.

Be clear and concise while requesting. Have references ready. References help a lot.

Define whether the piece is for private, personal, or commercial use.

PRIVATE: The client is NOT generating profit from the completed artwork. I DO NOT have permission to post their completed piece online or use their completed piece in my portfolio.

PERSONAL: The client is NOT generating profit from the completed artwork. I DO have permission to post their completed piece or use their completed piece in my portfolio.

COMMERCIAL: The client IS generating profit from the completed artwork. The commissioner is purchasing the rights to use the artwork for their product.

Once the commission is completed, the client owns the rights to their commissioned piece.

Accommodations can be made with how I am credited, however, my signature cannot be requested for removal unless the client's work is for commercial use.

Currency: USD

I will only draw after payment to prevent against scams. This is nonnegotiable.

Two month deadline to complete the commission.

Pieces take time, please have patience! Inquiries on progress are welcome.

The only fixes that are free after the piece is finalized is if I missed a detail such as: missing accessories, minor background details, or small color fixes.
